By using this website, submitting an application, participating in a NextPoint Fitness program, or following any information provided by NextPoint Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Not Medical Advice
NextPoint Fitness does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, mental-health treatment, rehabilitation services, or other licensed healthcare services.
Nothing on this website or within our programs should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding:

2. Medical Clearance
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically able to participate in exercise and nutrition-related activities.
NextPoint Fitness may recommend or require medical clearance before participation when information provided through an application, assessment, check-in, or communication indicates that clearance may be appropriate.
Receiving medical clearance does not eliminate the risks associated with physical activity.
3. Exercise Risks
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including soreness, fatigue, falls, strains, sprains, aggravation of existing conditions, serious injury, and, in rare cases, permanent disability or death.
You are responsible for:
- Selecting a safe exercise environment
- Using equipment properly
- Following program instructions
- Exercising within your current abilities
- Using recommended modifications
- Stopping when you experience unusual pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, loss of balance, or other concerning symptoms
- Seeking appropriate medical assistance when necessary
Do not continue an activity that feels unsafe or causes concerning symptoms.
4. Emergency Situations
NextPoint Fitness does not provide emergency monitoring or emergency medical services.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, stop exercising and call 911 or seek immediate emergency assistance.
Do not use email, website forms, coaching messages, or weekly check-ins to report an emergency.
5. Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition information provided by NextPoint Fitness is intended for general education, habit development, meal planning, accountability, and wellness support.
It is not individualized medical nutrition therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other appropriately qualified professional before making significant dietary changes when you have:
- Diabetes or blood-sugar concerns

Any discussion of supplements is for general educational purposes only.
NextPoint Fitness does not guarantee that any supplement is safe, effective, appropriate, necessary, or free from contamination or interactions. Supplements may interact with medications, medical conditions, laboratory testing, or other supplements.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, stopping, or changing a supplement regimen.

NextPoint Fitness does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, improved performance, pain reduction, medical improvement, or any particular outcome.
Testimonials, examples, photographs, or success stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or typical results.
Health, safety, weight-loss, and performance claims must be truthful, supported, and presented without misleading consumers. A disclaimer cannot correct an otherwise deceptive promise or unsupported claim.
8. Adaptive Exercise and Modifications
NextPoint Fitness may provide general exercise modifications based on information you voluntarily provide.
You remain responsible for determining whether a movement or modification is appropriate and safe for you. A modification is not medical treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or a guarantee that injury will not occur.
Participants using prosthetics, mobility devices, adaptive equipment, or other supports should follow the guidance of their qualified healthcare and prosthetic-care professionals.
9. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your experience, limitations, injuries, equipment, goals, medical-clearance status, and other relevant circumstances.
NextPoint Fitness relies on the information you provide when offering general programming, modifications, and coaching support.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, safety, equipment, environment, and results.
You should ask questions whenever instructions are unclear and should not attempt an activity that exceeds your current ability or available supervision.
11. No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use
Viewing this website, downloading content, submitting a contact form, or receiving general information does not by itself create a coach-client, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
A coaching relationship begins only after any required application, acceptance, agreement, waiver, payment, and onboarding process has been completed.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Resources
NextPoint Fitness may use or link to third-party platforms, applications, equipment, products, articles, videos, or other resources.
