NextPoint Fitness provides fitness, nutrition, wellness, and accountability coaching. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, mental-health treatment, or other licensed healthcare services.

You should not use our website or forms to send emergency medical information. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency assistance.

  • Kajabi for website hosting, forms, courses, email communications, and digital products
  • Airtable for applicant, member, check-in, outcome, and operational records
  • Trainerize for workout programming, coaching, tracking, and client communication

These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

NextPoint Fitness programs and application forms are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. COPPA applies to online services directed to children under 13 and to services that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, contact us at [email protected] so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
